There are people who don't know that your job ends once you take off your uniform and walk out the door. That your life does not consist of dry wheat toast and diet drinks and asking "for here or to go?" They don't realize that you're probably smarter than they are in places that don't count to the rest of the world. These people don't know that a chicken needs to be cooked before it can be eaten but they know how to buy and sell stocks and so you make sandwiches for them.
